A Post graduate foundation and library to promote academic activities and continued medical education for the SUT staff and outside practitioners is established. Regular programmes for continued medical education are being held. In many meetings, the faculty included experts from India and abroad.

In addition, the hospital has regular in house meetings such as Clinical Club on Mondays, Histopathology meetings on Tuesdays, Radiology meetings on Fridays, Journal Club on Wednesdays.
